Singer Letoya Luckett looked beautiful at the 2013 Stellar Awards in a look that gives just a touch of vamp. Letoya paired a deep burgundy lip with flushed cheeks. Her neutral lids were rimmed with heavy liner and lots of mascara for a dramatic effect. She painted her nails a metallic grey and swept her hair back into a simple, loose braid.
