Kerry Washington shut down the red carpet of the 26th annual GLAAD Media Awards in Beverly Hills in a jewel-toned Hellesy dress. The colors and cut looked incredible on the new mom of 11-month-old Isabelle Amarachi.
She accepted the Vanguard Media Award, and gave a characteristically brilliant and passionate speech on equality for all.
She told the crowd, "We have been pitted against each other and made to feel like there are limited seats at the table for those of us who fall into the category of other. As others, we are taught that to be successful, we must reject those other others, or we will never belong."

Kerry gave throwback realness with shoulder-length curls. She carried a Anya Hindmarch Crisp Packet gold-tone clutch that's currently available at Net-a-Porter.
