Kerry Washington took the Kennedy Center Honors Gala by storm with her gorgeous black gown. The 'Scandal' star rocked a strapless Marchesa gown with feathers at the bust to the annual celebration of excellence.
Kerry looked lovely. Her makeup artist, Germaine Williams, opted for a blue smokey eye to add a perfect pop of color to the look.
