Incredible things can happen with the power of makeup. Makeup artist Paris Chanel is using her artistry to celebrate the greats. This Black History Month, she's chosen to recreate Dorothy Dandrige's iconic look from her Oscar-nominated performance in Carmen Jones. The film premiered in 1954, and Dandridge became the first Black woman to be nominated for an Academy Award.
The look is soft and beautiful with just the right amount of flair.
