"Scandal" star Kerry Washington rocked a black and white polka-dotted mini dress to The Limited's Scandal Spring 2015 collection launch.
Kerry added a touch of color to the look with vibrant red lips and nails and kept the color scheme going with monochromatic pumps. She's stunning as ever, but it would have been a delight to see
Kerry in some pieces from the line.
