Sometimes reading all about the new fashions and styles leads you to images that don’t fit your style. The most talked about, and anticipated styles have been on blogs for weeks but what are the bloggers of color and curves loving in the fashion world? After carefully shopping for the perfect accessories and dresses for your special occasion, you wonder how it would look on a curvy, woman of color like yourself. All of the speculation is killing your vibe, and you need answers and confirmation that you are making the best style choices. You order the new styles you’ve been eyeing for a while but still speculate how they would look on you. It was just as you thought; it looked beautiful on the model but not as flattering on you.
I created the illustrations below as part of a Fashion Blog Tour, to showcase bloggers of color who you may not know about but should. Check out the illustrations and these blogger's favorite style icons, as well as their favorite quotes to live by in life and in fashion.
