Janelle Monae Stuns in Thigh High Boots at the Women's Event 18 Awards

Janelle Monae was honored by The Center with the Equality Award. The Center is an LGBT advocacy organization, and Monae was celebrated for her work for the community. Monae looked stunning per usual in a black-and-white mini and black thigh high boots (we have similar styles here).
