Janelle Monae is back on the scene in anticipation of the release of her new LP "The Electric Lady." Monae still hasn't strayed from her trademark black & white ensembles, but if you look closely you'll see she's making subtle changes. For example the afro bouffant she once wore is now pressed and sleek. She gave a new take on the traditional black and white tuxedo with this ensemble from UK brand Topshop.
