15-year-old "Black-ish" star Yara Shahidi was recently featured in a Teen Vogue photo spread that showcases versatility of natural hair and natural beauty.
“This was like my open statement to the world," Yara says, "Look at my curls and how much I love them! I’m a curly girl at heart. It was a lot of fun to not only show the versatility of curly hair, but to really be outgoing with it, because we did styles that aren’t the usual.” Yara is styled by celebrity hairstylist Lacy Redway and makeup artist Nick Barose.
